WiFi for Home Security is designed for those who require a secondary connection to connect their home security or other applications while they are away from home.

Examples of systems that can be powered via Home Security WiFi:

  • CCTV systems (onsite recording, motion cameras, view-on-demand, 2-way talk)
  • WiFi house alarms
  • Home solar system
  • Smart lighting
  • Doorbells
  • Smart locks
  • IoT with low data consumption

Cloud streaming or 24/7 recording and monitoring centers are not suitable for this type of connection. 

We can provide a Static IP if needed for $11.50 per month.

Wireless Nation’s $299 4G modem makes it simple by not needing installation, technicians, or wiring. Simply plug the modem into the power and connect your systems to the network, either via WiFi or Ethernet.

Can I put my Home Security plan on hold?

Yes, we’ll just need 5 working days’ notice when you wish to put it on hold (after one-month minimum activation).

You will need to purchase our powerful 4G modem for $299.

Shipping & Handling: $16.95.

 

What happens if I run out data?

if you run out of data, our system will auto top-up your account with a 3GB data pack ($6.00), up to 4 times (you can customise this setting in your MyHub account).

After this, we’ll temporarily stop your connection and you’ll need to manually add a top-up with your required data pack within your MyHub account.
