How does it work?
The Plume Home app Profiles make managing internet access super simple! Create a profile for each person – like “Sarah” or “Dad”, right in the app.
Set website blocks, time limits, or even pause the internet for dinner. Assign their devices (phone, laptop) to their profile, and all the rules apply automatically. It’s easy, even if you’re not techy. You’ve got this!

Product Terms and Setup
Modem and Setup
Five (5) working days’ notice when you wish to cancel (after one-month minimum activation).
*The early exit fee is 1/12 of $199 for every remaining month on a 12-month contract, plus the value of any promotion offered during signup. E.g. If you cancel with 5 months remaining on your contract, the early exit fee will be $82.92 (this is 5/12 of $199.)
Do I need to install Fibre?
Option 1: If you already have fibre installed at your property
No worries! We’ll ship the modem to you within five working days, and all you need to do is connect the modem to your fibre ONT (white fibre optic box) located inside your home.
Option 2: Install a brand-new fibre connection
If you don’t have fibre installed, and it’s available in your area, we’ll take care of that! We’ll install the latest fibre ONT and manage the installation process between you and the technician. If you need to get online quickly while waiting for the installation to be completed, we can provide a temporary wireless broadband connection.
What if my home is very large or has a complicated layout?
These pods work together to extend coverage and eliminate dead zones. Please enquire with our knowledgeable team as to the best configuration for your unique property.

Please be aware that our Plume modem is a tool designed to assist with online safety and management, but it is not a substitute for active parental supervision and open communication with children about online behaviour. While Plume offers features like content filtering and time limits when connected to our Family Fibre network, no online safety tool is perfect, and parents should remain engaged in their children’s online activities.
Devices that use the Family Fibre WiFi connection are protected. If cellular service on mobiles or tablets is used, the content is not going through our Family Fibre network and therefore the Family Fibre protections cannot apply. Our supplier is working on developing an app that can be installed on devices to extend the protection beyond the home network.
