What happens to my number when my mobile is broken, stolen or lost?

You will need to file a police report if the mobile has been lost or stolen, and please contact us if you would like to block the sim card to prevent unauthorized use.

You have two options to continue using your existing number on a new mobile phone:

  • Physical Sim: A replacement sim can be provided with the same mobile number. There is a one-off cost for shipping of $16.95.
  • eSIM: We will send you a new QR code to scan if you have an eSIM-compatible device.
