How can I pay my bill?

We will send you an invoice at the first half of the month, it will be due for payment on the last day of the month. The invoice can be paid by direct debit, bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Paying via direct debit

Most customers choose to pay via direct debit as it takes away all the hassle. Signing up is easy and can be done online via our customer portal MyHub.

  1. Login to our customer portal MyHub
  2. Under ‘Billing’ click on ‘Direct Debit Authority’
  3. Fill in all the details correctly, read and accept the terms and conditions, and click submit
  4. Your direct debit will be charged your full account balance on the second to last business day of each month.

Don’t forget we draw one lucky winner each month to receive a free month. This is only available to those who pay via Direct Debit through their bank account!

Paying via credit/debit card

If you choose to pay via Automatic Credit/Debit card payment, 

  1. Login to our customer portal MyHub
  2. Under ‘Billing’ click on ‘Credit/Debit Card Setup’
  3. Fill in all the details of your Visa or Mastercard, and click submit
  4. Your card will be charged your full account balance on the second to last business day of each month.

We’ll charge a preauthorization hold of $1 to your card to make sure the card is valid. This amount will be returned back to your card within 7 days.

Paying via bank transfer

Manual and automatic bank payments may be made to our Bank Account 12-3171-0130858-000. Please include your Wireless Nation account number in the bank “Reference” field and your account name in the “Code” field when making an online payment.
