How do I connect to the WiFi?

You can find the WiFi name and password on the bottom, top or back of any of our modems to connect your devices to the WiFi.

There are a couple of things you can do to make sure you’re accessing the maximum speed:

  • Make sure your modem is in a central place, close to where the devices that will be connected to it are.
  • Don’t put your modem in any sort of metal cupboard, or behind a brick or concrete wall.
