Can I reactivate my account?

Welcome back! We’d love to help you get back online. You can reactivate your account using one of the following methods:

  • Email us: Send your account number and requested start date to accounts@wirelessnation.net.
  • Use MyHub: Log in to your MyHub account to open a service request. The easiest way to access MyHub would be to download the Wireless Nation App. 

Please keep in mind that reconnections typically take 1–2 working days to process. We look forward to having you with us again!

Simply search for “Wireless Nation” in your app store or use the links below:

Login Note: Use your existing MyHub credentials (usually your email address) to sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly within the app’s login screen.
