We have just moved over to Wireless Nation from another provider, and I have been very impressed. I decided to go to the Wireless Nation office to collect my new modem. The staff member there were so helpful. He helped set up my modem and phone apps and answered all my questions. Moving the modem between the house and caravan is a breeze and works seamlessly. The Phone apps work really well (I love the Network optimization feature to improve performance) and so far, the speed and connectivity has been great. They have followed up with a call a few weeks later to check to make sure everything is working fine. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from all of the Wireless Nation Team enabled us to disconnect from a major Telco very quickly. A phone call to Auckland one morning was followed by receipt of our router in South Canterbury early the next morning meaning we were connected to the WN WIFI system within 24 hours. Our Mobiles were connected later that day through e-SIM's. Their portable router is a very good piece of hardware and easy to move from our house and connect in our campervan (NZMCA members). Very much cheaper than the Telco's offering. Their monthly costs are also less. Their App is great for monitoring usage. Very highly recommended.

Great idea for people with more than one home. No need to have to pay for Internet when you are not there or if you're staying somewhere without it. We use it in Whanganui and Ohakune. No problem.

Wireless Nation is a specialist provider and tends to attract an older audience. This is well catered for by excellent plain-English explanations, both on their website and in person.
I needed to resolve a problem with Zoom bandwidth that also affected streaming. This was resolved by suggesting, but not overselling, new equipment that gave an excellent result. I felt I understood exactly what I needed to upgrade, and why.
In addition, I have attended presentations by WN at motorhome rallies. Though the presenters were much younger than the audience, this was not an issue; the presentation was well-paced and informative and questions were dealt with fully and respectfully. I wish other providers did the same!
