*Speeds are average peak time speeds per MBNZ October 2025 report. Your location, the age of the devices you are using, and your in-home WiFi setup can impact the speeds experienced. Fibre is not available at all NZ addresses.

Modem and Setup
Open term: $149 modem and setup (discounted from $199)
12-month term: Free modem and setup (save $149). Early exit fees apply*.
5 working days’ notice when you wish to cancel or switch to Portable WiFi (after one-month minimum activation).
*The early exit fee is 1/12 of $149 for every remaining month on a 12-month contract, plus the value of any promotion offered during signup. E.g. if you cancel with 5 months remaining on your contract, the early exit fee will be $62.08 (this is 5/12 of $149).
Installation Process
Enjoy free standard installation, with two options for your needs:
Option 1: You already have Fibre installed
No worries! We’ll ship the modem to you within five working days, and all you need to do is connect the modem to your fibre ONT (white box) located inside your home.
Option 2: Install a brand-new Fibre connection
If you don’t have fibre installed and are in an eligible fibre area, we’ll take care of that too. The installation cost is usually covered by the Local Fibre Company (LFC). In some cases the installation is deemed “non-standard” due to complexity and may incur additional costs which will be quoted prior for your approval. Should you not proceed, your NZMCA Fibre order will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded (excluding courier costs) upon us receiving the modem back in as-new condition. Our customer service team can work with you to find an alternative type of broadband connection.
Can I add a Home Phone line?

Initial payment via credit card, direct debit must be set up for ongoing monthly payments.
Existing customers with a Plume modem: Wireless Nation covers the monthly “Plume fee” but if you cancel your fibre service, you can either pay a small fee to keep Plume as a standalone service or switch to another provider offering Plume.
