What do we need from you? 

  1. Your name and Wireless Nation account number.
  2. The new address you are moving to.
  3. The date you're moving out of your existing address.
  4. The date you're moving into your new address.

Can Wireless Nation provide me a connection at my new address?

We have a diverse mix of products that allow us to provide broadband anywhere in New Zealand (even the Chatham Islands). We'll find the best connection for your new address. 

How much notice should I give Wireless Nation?

It's best to give us 4 weeks notice so we can get everything sorted for you. Sometimes we are not able to connect you on your desired day, this can be due to the previous occupiers not having disconnecting their broadband yet. 

Will I get to keep the same connection at my new address?

We'll find the best available connection at your new address, and in some instances your connection at your existing address may not be available at your new address due to technology changes. 

Will there be any setup cost?

Product specific setup costs may apply depending on the new service available. In some cases you'll be able to simply take your modem with you and there will be no setup cost. 

Will I have to pay an exit fee if I'm in a contract?

If you stay stay with us at your new place we'll waive any exit fees as long as you're with us till the end of your initial contract term at your new address. 

How often can I move and get a free month? 

Free month is only available for one move every 12 months, however exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
