How fast is it and what speeds can I expect?

Wireless Broadband & Portable WiFi

The average peak hour speed is 31 or 38Mbps download, and 14 or 23Mbps upload, depending on where you are. Actual speeds may be faster or slower, depending on your distance to the nearest tower and how many people are using that same tower simultaneously. Speeds are from the Commerce Commission’s Measuring Broadband New Zealand (MBNZ) June 2024 report.

Fibre Broadband

The following speeds are estimated national peak time average speeds (MBNZ June 2024) using a direct connection from your modem to your device via an Ethernet cable. Your location, the age of the devices you are using, and your WiFi setup can impact the speeds experienced.

Fibre Broadband 300:  Average speed: Download 309Mbps, Upload 107Mbps.

Fibre Max: Average speed: Download 866Mbps, Upload 480Mbps.

Hey Guys, I am going to need to look into this a little deeper, unfortunately I am going to an AI event in an hour and flying to Sydney tomorrow morning so it may be a couple days before I can properly troubleshoot this. Sorry about this inconvenience... For the meantime @Miro Sudzum can we please revert to this working version? This will be temporary but Pearl will work as expected.
