How do I check network or outage status?

You can check our network status for any outage information under the network status section of our help page.

If an unexpected outage occurs, and once it has been fixed, you will need to reboot your modem by simply turning the power off and then back on. This will reconnect your modem to our network.

Hey Guys, I am going to need to look into this a little deeper, unfortunately I am going to an AI event in an hour and flying to Sydney tomorrow morning so it may be a couple days before I can properly troubleshoot this.
