Unfortunately, an unexpected situation was my own fault this time round. I thought downgrading my mobile plan would help, but no, it has cost me over $80 a month, so I have been paying the company more than the prepaid plan. Attention to the public: please don't use Wireless Nation if you simply can't afford it. I got myself in a mess and this Christmas I will be dead because all of the benefit money will pay for the phone bill and only water to drink

Wireless Nation are AWESOME! Just returned from living in Oz and having a nightmare experience trying to get connected with One NZ….omg…appalling, even advising my wife and I we failed a credit check, (first time in my entire life), but couldn’t explain why! We finally gave up and phoned our old internet provider Wireless Nation and BOOM 💥 same day connection! Plus outstanding local technical service to get the wifi router configured over the phone, and we were off and running at 300MBytes/second. JUST LIKE THAT! Wow, completely blew us away. One NZ should be ashamed. Wireless Nation absolutely crushed them. Professional, accurate, super friendly and capable technical staff. Very very impressive….on all levels. 5 stars from us 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Product Terms and Setup

Modem and Setup

12-month term: Free modem and setup (saving $199). Early exit fees apply*.

Five (5) working days’ notice when you wish to cancel (after one-month minimum activation).

*The early exit fee is 1/12 of $199 for every remaining month on a 12-month contract, plus the value of any promotion offered during signup. E.g. If you cancel with 5 months remaining on your contract, the early exit fee will be $82.92 (this is 5/12 of $199.)

Installation Process

Enjoy free standard installation, with two options for your needs: 

Option 1: You already have Fibre installed

No worries! We’ll ship the modem to you within five working days, and all you need to do is connect the modem to your fibre ONT (white box) located inside your home.

Option 2: Install a brand-new Fibre connection

If you don’t have fibre installed and are in an eligible fibre area, we’ll take care of that too. The installation cost is usually covered by the Local Fibre Company (LFC).  In some cases the installation is deemed “non-standard” due to complexity and may incur additional costs which will be quoted prior for your approval. Should you not proceed, your NZMCA Fibre order will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded (excluding courier costs) upon us receiving the modem back in as-new condition. Our customer service team can work with you to find an alternative type of broadband connection.

 

Can I add a Home Phone line?
Yes, you can add a home phone line during online signup. You can find the pricing and features here.
P.S. We recommend one of our awesome mobile phone plans which comes with free standard calling to NZ/AU — also available to add during online signup.
