Direct Debit Monthly Draw Terms and Conditions (Current)

The promotion is open to current residential Wireless Nation customers who pay their monthly bill by direct debit from a New Zealand bank account.

 

  1. Eligible customers are entered automatically into the monthly prize draw.
  2. Customers are entered into every monthly draw for as long as their direct debit remains active and in good standing on the date of the draw.
  3. One winner is drawn at random each month.
  4. The prize is one month free, applied as follows:
    – If the winner has a bundle (such as a Home & Away Bundle or Home & Roam Bundle), the free month applies to the bundle.
    – If the winner has multiple separate plans rather than a bundle, the free month applies to their highest-cost monthly plan.
    – Add-ons, one-off charges, and any other extras are not included.
  5. The prize is applied as a credit to the winner’s next eligible billing cycle following the draw.
  6. The winner will be notified by email to the address on file.
  7. The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
  8. Business customers and Wireless Nation employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
