Troubleshooting & Tips.
Basic Connectivity Checks
- Check Your Proximity: Public Wi-Fi access points are strategically placed within the park layout. If your signal drops to one bar, move closer to the main communal buildings or visible network antennas.
- Check Date & Time: Security systems block portal authentication if your device’s internal clock does not match local New Zealand time. Set your Date & Time to Set Automatically.
- Forget and Rejoin: If you encounter error loops, go to your Wi-Fi settings, select Forget This Network, turn your device’s Wi-Fi off and back on, and try connecting fresh.
