Delivery and Shipping Information

We will ship your modem and any other equipment purchased within 5 working days from the payment date. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from NZ Post. You can track your parcel by clicking on the “Tracking URL” link within the email.

Delivery of the parcel may take up to 1 – 3 business days. Once the parcel is picked up from our office, it is in the hands of NZ Post and we are unable to influence the delivery time frame.

For parcel collection and any other inquiries: please call NZ Post directly on 0800 501 501 and quote your tracking number: 420256000XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

For missing parcels or the tracking status says delivered but not received: If your parcel is missing, please send us an email or call us at 09 280 3672 so we can investigate for you.
