Can I keep or transfer my email address?

If your email address is provided by your current internet service provider, you’ll lose access to it when you terminate that service. However, you can usually keep the email address for a small monthly fee. To do this, you’ll need to inform your previous provider that you want to keep the email address when you cancel your internet connection. Please note that email addresses cannot be transferred to other providers.
