What's in your bundle
Business Fibre
KEEPS YOU TRADING
Fast, reliable business-grade fibre that stays up when the room is full — for tills, WiFi, bookings and card machines that can’t drop mid-service. Backed by our renowned customer service.
Guest WiFi
KEEPS GUESTS HAPPY
A separate guest network with its own login — perfect for QR menus, checking in, or the corner-table worker. Your payments and back office stay private.
Scam Guard
KEEPS EVERYONE SAFE
Network-level protection that blocks scam and malicious sites before staff or guests can reach them. Your customers get a safer connection — and you’re covered when someone clicks the wrong thing.
You’re running your whole business on one WiFi password.
A guest checks into your B&B and asks for the WiFi before they’ve put their bag down. Someone’s been working for three hours because your corner is quieter than their home office. Half the lunch crowd is scanning the QR menu — and the ones without data can’t even see it unless they’re on your WiFi.
So you do what most small venues do… hand everyone the same password. The one your EFTPOS, bookings and cameras also run on.
It only takes an innocent click of a dodgy link to put your payments and business at risk. Not because your guests are bad people…but because everything’s on the same network.
That's why we created the Hospitality bundle

Answers to our most common questions
What's the cost and is there a contract?
You’ll also get full access to the Plume app to help you manage your devices and security
On an open term contract, we require five (5) working days’ notice when you wish to cancel (after one-month minimum activation).
*The early exit fee is calculated as 1/12 of $199+GST for every remaining month on a 12-month contract, plus the remaining portion of any promotion received at signup (if applicable), calculated in the same way. For example, if you cancel with 5 months remaining on your contract, the early exit fee will be $82.92+GST (5/12 of $199+GST), plus the remaining portion of any promotional value.
Can I take my Plume modem and use it with another ISP?
Do I need to install Fibre?
Enjoy free standard installation, with two options for your needs:
Option 1: If you already have fibre installed at your property
Great! We’ll ship the modem to you within five working days, and all you need to do is connect the modem to your fibre ONT (white fibre optic box) located inside your business.
Option 2: Install a brand-new fibre connection
If a physical Fibre cable is not installed at your premises yet but it’s available in your area, we’ll take care of it! We’ll install the latest fibre Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and manage the installation process between you and the technician. If you need to get online quickly while waiting for the installation to be completed, we can provide a temporary wireless broadband connection.
The installation cost is usually covered by the Local Fibre Company (LFC). In some cases the installation is deemed non-standard due to complexity and may incur additional costs which will be quoted prior for your approval. Should you not proceed, your Business Fibre order will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded (excluding courier costs) upon us receiving the modem back in as-new condition, if you have already been sent one. Our customer service team would be happy to work with you to find an alternative type of broadband connection.
What if my business premises are large or have a complicated layout?
For properties with a large or complicated layout, additional Plume pods can be purchased to create a mesh network ensuring a continuous and strong WiFi signal throughout the entire space. These pods work together to extend coverage and eliminate dead zones.
Please enquire with our knowledgeable team as to the best configuration for your unique property. You may require onsite network cabling installed, or if you already have internal network cabling, this can be used to hard wire in more Plume Pods.
We have special requirements, what should we order?
We need a phone system, can you help us with this?
Wireless Nation are specialists in Phone Systems for businesses, ranging from single phone operations, through to call centres.
We can provide a cost effective, full feature solution and new phones to keep your business lines ringing.
Speak with us, or enquire on the form, and we’ll be in touch to discuss your specific needs.
Can Wireless Nation offer Mobile plans?
Yes, we sure can. We use the Spark network to bring you a range of cost effective mobile plans for your business.
Speak with our Business Team to work out a package that suits your data usage needs and rest assured that when your needs change, we’ll happily switch you to larger or smaller plans.
Does Scam Guard cover all of my Wireless Nation connections?
Scam Guard works per connection (plan), so each connection you have with us needs its own add-on.
If you have more than one connection with us, you’ll need a separate Scam Guard service for each at $9.99/month per connection.
Scam Guard is not available on Mobile phone plans or Spark-powered Wireless Broadband plans.
Does Scam Guard work if I use a VPN?
No. A VPN can hide where your internet traffic is going, which means Scam Guard may not be able to filter it for known scam or harmful websites. If you regularly use a VPN, Scam Guard may not work as expected while it’s turned on.
Some privacy tools and browser settings, such as Apple’s Private Relay and “DNS over HTTPS” (DoH), can route your internet traffic in a way that bypasses Scam Guard. That means Scam Guard may not be able to block some known harmful websites on devices using those settings.
Is Scam Guard protection 100% guaranteed?
No. Scam Guard is designed to help block known and reported scam, phishing, and malware websites, but no online protection tool can stop everything.
It works best as an extra layer of protection alongside antivirus software, device updates and safe browsing habits. Scam Guard also relies on regularly updated threat information, so very new or unreported threats may not be blocked straight away.
